In 2005 we moved our facilities from Portland to Gorham so that we could better serve the needs of our customers. We offer high quality service and are easy to work with. Stephen manages our service department, and will take care of your day to day plumbing, heating, and solar service needs. There is always someone in the office to talk to you and answer service questions from 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday. We have technicians with up to 20 years of experience, that can figure our your problem and get it fixed as efficiently as possible. Jim manages our construction department for residential and light commercial clients. We sell oil boilers as efficient as 90%, gas boilers as high as 95% and Mitsubishi heat pump multi zone, mini split hvac systems. We offer the world's best heating equipment, such as, Viessmann, Baxi, Buderus and Weil Mclain Steam gas boilers, Carrier and York HVAC, and now the Hybred Versa Hydro Solar/Heat/Hot water all in one made right here in New England. We are licensed solar installers and can help design a Solar DHW and Hybred Heating systems that will work best for your home with 30% federal tax credit and up to $2000 Maine State rebates.
